How my hubby gets even...

I have to be honest, I never realized how much of a Cougar fan my hubby was until it was football season, five years ago, when we got married or at least when we were engaged. Yes, I am a Cougar fan myself, I grew up in a very strong based BYU family. My mom, sisters and brother attended that great school. So you would think that I would be a die hard BLUE fan. I thought I was myself, until like I said, I met my hubby. No he, nor any of his immediate family members attended the Y. Nor any extended family members either. This guy had season tickets every year for as long as he can remember. So you can imagine his reaction when he found out that I was related to a bunch of football players myself. Like Reno Mahe, Fahu Tahi, Manaia Brown, Fui Vakapuna, Harvey Unga and Teni Hola.

Do you remember what he did to our old neighbors door after the BYU/Utah 2006 game? Yeah, he kept their original door for two weeks. Darrin, our old neighbor, never messed with my hubby after that. So now you can imagine what my hubby had up his sleeve after he found this in our yard one day.

If you see on the grass, there was red wall paint poured onto it. Completely killed the grass that the paint touched and our poor tree has seen more t.p. than a public bathroom. And that flag was immediately removed. We knew the culprit and they knew we knew who they were. And they were scared. In a way, so was I. My hubby is a very keep to himself kind of guy. Until it comes to things like this. He becomes a why so serious kind of guy and you just have to get out of the way and let him have his way. As you see further down, he had no limits, except he was kind in using water soluble paint on the windows and tree and crape paper on the grass, so he was trying to be eco friendly, unlike what was done to our lawn. However it was all done in good fun. It was our bishop of our ward, who's house we or my hubby decorated so well and he, his wife and all their kids smiled and said that they give in. But my hubby doesn't think it was said with any true meaning. We'll see what happens next. If you don't see anymore, than we are really at a truce, but if you do see more, than the war goes on.
